At Solari, we are committed to providing exceptional medical care and customer service. Because we offer prescription medications, telehealth consultations, and subscription-based services, we maintain strict refund and cancellation policies to ensure regulatory compliance and transparency.
Refunds for prescription medications will only be granted under the following circumstances:
Once a prescription is filled or compounded, it cannot be returned or refunded due to federal regulations.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
Shipping fees will only be refunded in cases where:
Shipping costs are non-refundable for any returns that are not due to an error on our end.
Refunds for cash-paying patients follow this structure:
If the provider determines after the appointment that GLP-1 treatment is not medically appropriate, you will only be charged for the consultation:
If you are enrolled in a monthly or recurring subscription plan (e.g., medication, support, or monitoring services):
By subscribing, you authorize Solari to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.
All sales are considered final. Refunds or adjustments will only be granted in the following cases:
To request a refund, contact info@solarimed.com within 10 days of purchase or delivery. Include your name, order ID, a description of the issue, and supporting evidence (e.g., photos).
Refunds take 7–10 business days to process once approved.
Appointments may be rescheduled at no cost if changed at least 24 hours before your consultation. In case of emergencies, please contact our team to explain the situation — exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis.
Solari reserves the right to revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted to our website and/or communicated via email.
*The assessment available on the Solari website does not create a doctor–patient relationship between the individual completing the assessment and Solari. Solari is not a provider of medical services. Solari acts solely as a technology platform to connect individuals with licensed healthcare professionals through MDIntegration. These providers follow clinical protocols and determine eligibility for GLP-1 treatment based on independent medical judgment.
All statements and outcomes referenced on this website are based on self-reported data from Solari clients following treatment plans that include compounded GLP-1 medications and virtual consultations. Weight loss results vary and are influenced by individual adherence to the care plan. Compounded GLP-1 medications are prepared by licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies but are not FDA-approved or evaluated for safety, efficacy, or quality. Solari does not manufacture medications, and the appearance of medications delivered may differ from images on this site. Medications are dispensed by Promise Pharmacy, 31818 US Hwy 19 N, Palm Harbor, FL 34684. Phone: (727) 772-0500.
