Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Solari, we are committed to providing exceptional medical care and customer service. Because we offer prescription medications, telehealth consultations, and subscription-based services, we maintain strict refund and cancellation policies to ensure regulatory compliance and transparency.

Prescription Costs

Refunds for prescription medications will only be granted under the following circumstances:

  • The medication was dispensed in error or the wrong prescription was filled.
  • The prescription was canceled before being filled or compounded, subject to our cancellation policy.

Once a prescription is filled or compounded, it cannot be returned or refunded due to federal regulations.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Shipping

Shipping fees will only be refunded in cases where:

  • A package was shipped to the wrong address due to an error on our part.
  • The medication or item arrived damaged or defective.

Shipping costs are non-refundable for any returns that are not due to an error on our end.

Telehealth Consultations

Refunds for cash-paying patients follow this structure:

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance: Full refund.
  • Cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment: $80 cancellation fee applies.
  • No-shows: A fee of $80 will be charged if the patient does not attend their scheduled appointment and does not cancel in advance.

If the provider determines after the appointment that GLP-1 treatment is not medically appropriate, you will only be charged for the consultation:

  • $80 for a video visit
  • $70 for a phone consultation

Subscriptions

If you are enrolled in a monthly or recurring subscription plan (e.g., medication, support, or monitoring services):

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time by contacting our support team.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next month.
  • Refunds will not be issued for partial months or unused services once a billing cycle has begun.
  • Refunds or credits are only provided if:
    • There is a verified error on our part (e.g., double charge)
    • The medication was not shipped as expected

By subscribing, you authorize Solari to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.

General Refund Terms

All sales are considered final. Refunds or adjustments will only be granted in the following cases:

  • Wrong product or prescription sent
  • Package shipped to an incorrect address due to our error

To request a refund, contact info@solarimed.com within 10 days of purchase or delivery. Include your name, order ID, a description of the issue, and supporting evidence (e.g., photos).

Refunds take 7–10 business days to process once approved.

Rescheduling & Emergencies

Appointments may be rescheduled at no cost if changed at least 24 hours before your consultation. In case of emergencies, please contact our team to explain the situation — exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis.

Policy Updates

Solari reserves the right to revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted to our website and/or communicated via email.

All statements and outcomes referenced on this website are based on self-reported data from Solari clients following treatment plans that include compounded GLP-1 medications and virtual consultations. Weight loss results vary and are influenced by individual adherence to the care plan. Compounded GLP-1 medications are prepared by licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies but are not FDA-approved or evaluated for safety, efficacy, or quality. Solari does not manufacture medications, and the appearance of medications delivered may differ from images on this site.
