1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, services, and platforms operated by Solari Med LLC (“Solari,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our platform or services.

2. Description of Services

Solari provides access to health-related information, wellness programs, and telehealth consultations with licensed medical professionals via our partner, MDI Medical Group PC. Our services may include access to prescribed medications, patient intake, educational materials, support, and coordination with licensed pharmacies.

Solari is not a medical provider and does not itself offer medical diagnoses, treatments, or prescriptions. All medical care is rendered independently by licensed providers through MDI Medical Group PC.

3. Eligibility

You must be:

  • At least 18 years old
  • Residing in, and physically present in, a U.S. state where we operate
  • Legally capable of entering a binding agreement

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

4. Telehealth Services

By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Medical services are provided by licensed physicians via MDI Medical Group PC
  • You have reviewed and accepted the required Telemedicine Consent Form as part of the intake process
  • Telehealth services are not suitable for medical emergencies
  • You may be denied care or prescriptions if deemed clinically inappropriate

Solari does not interfere with or influence the clinical judgment of healthcare providers.

5. No Medical Advice

Content on this website, including articles, videos, FAQs, and support materials, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice or diagnosis.

Always consult a licensed healthcare provider for personalized medical guidance.

6. Prescription Medications

Prescriptions are only issued when a licensed provider determines they are medically appropriate. There is no guarantee that you will receive a prescription.

Prescriptions may be fulfilled by our licensed pharmacy partner, Promise Pharmacy, or another pharmacy chosen by the provider or patient. Medications are subject to availability and applicable state regulations.

You agree not to misuse, share, resell, or misrepresent your use of any medication prescribed through our services.

7. Pricing, Payments, and Refunds

Pricing for services and medications is listed on our platform or will be communicated to you during the intake or consultation process.

By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. All charges are final unless otherwise stated. Because our services involve personalized medical review, no refunds will be issued after provider evaluation has begun, unless required by law.

All payment processing is handled through secure, PCI-compliant third-party providers.

8. Your Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide complete and honest information
  • Follow all instructions given by the licensed medical provider
  • Use your prescription medications only as directed
  • Refrain from abusive or threatening behavior toward staff or providers

You understand that inaccurate or incomplete information may affect your ability to receive care or cause harm.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solari Med LLC, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, telehealth services, or prescribed medications.

Solari does not assume liability for any actions or omissions of the independent licensed providers or pharmacies.

10. Disclaimers

  • Solari does not guarantee any health outcomes, weight loss results, or suitability of medications.
  • Use of our platform does not establish a doctor-patient relationship with Solari itself.
  • Services may be suspended or terminated if fraudulent activity, abuse, or regulatory non-compliance is detected.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, software, and other materials on this platform are owned or licensed by Solari Med LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any materials without our prior written consent.

12. User Accounts and Portal Access

  • Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access or misuse
  • Not sharing your login with others

We reserve the right to disable accounts suspected of misuse.

13. Privacy

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal and health information.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

Our platform may contain links or integrations with third parties, including MDI Medical Group PC and Promise Pharmacy. Solari is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. You are encouraged to review their privacy policies and terms.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms, fraudulent use, or regulatory violations.

16. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be filed in courts located within that state.

You agree to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations before pursuing formal legal remedies.

17. Changes to Terms

Solari reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

*The assessment available on the Solari website does not create a doctor–patient relationship between the individual completing the assessment and Solari. Solari is not a provider of medical services. Solari acts solely as a technology platform to connect individuals with licensed healthcare professionals through MDIntegration. These providers follow clinical protocols and determine eligibility for GLP-1 treatment based on independent medical judgment.

All statements and outcomes referenced on this website are based on self-reported data from Solari clients following treatment plans that include compounded GLP-1 medications and virtual consultations. Weight loss results vary and are influenced by individual adherence to the care plan. Compounded GLP-1 medications are prepared by licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies but are not FDA-approved or evaluated for safety, efficacy, or quality. Solari does not manufacture medications, and the appearance of medications delivered may differ from images on this site.
